LIABILITY WAIVERS
Kenwood must receive a signed liability waiver/general release from each Primary Guest and each Companion (children must be listed) going on the trip.
All Releases must be received at Kenwood by August 27, 2014; this is required and mandatory - no exceptions.
A General Release and a Companion General Release (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) are included in the initial trip packet you receive from Kenwood, and you can mail the original, signed documents back to Kenwood in the envelope they provide. Or, you can download both Releases by clicking the linked text above; and mail the completed forms to Kenwood at the address below:
