IMPORTANT TRIP POLICIES & TRAVEL EXPENSE GUIDELINES

Important Trip Policies / Terms & Conditions

Qualified Attendees:

This trip is being offered exclusively to the owner / buyer of authorized Kenwood retailers that have qualified for Kenwood’s Grow & Go Promotion. All attendees must play a key role in their company and have purchasing power. For example, installers, friends, etc. of the dealership are not eligible to attend. The trip is not transferable and all Dealer attendees must be approved by their Kenwood Regional Sales Manager. Determination for eligibility is solely at the discretion of Kenwood.

Dealership - Credit & Policy Standing:

Dealerships must maintain a good credit standing, as well as a good policy standing in order to participate, and must be credit worthy upon trip departure. Kenwood reserves the right to deny trip participation to Dealers that do not meet these criteria.

Trip Credit / Cancellations:

Trip Credit: If a qualified Dealer decides not to participate in the trip, their dealership account will be awarded a $1,000 Kenwood credit by December 2014.

Dealer Cancellations: If at first a Dealer decides to participate and then cancels the trip, and flights have already been booked and paid by Kenwood, the Dealer will receive the $1,000 Kenwood credit, less the amount of airline tickets purchased (if any). Any non-refundable and non-transferable (non-changeable) airline tickets purchased by Kenwood, but not used by the Dealer and guest, are re-usable for one year from date of purchase.

Additional Guests of Dealers / Cancellations:

  • Additional guests of Dealers are welcome to attend, at their own cost, and must also register for the trip. However, if the Dealer’s guests decide to cancel the trip, they must do so by August 10, 2014 so Kenwood will not be charged for their unused room. If cancelled after August 10, the Dealer’s guests will be responsible for paying all guestroom charges, as Kenwood guaranteed their Resort room and cannot absorb the unused room costs.

Winners / Qualifiers:

Cash will not be given in lieu of the trip. Winners will be required to register for the trip online by August 8, 2014.
